Many photographers have a hard time looking at the small LCD screen on their cameras. For years I have used an external screen for films, but having this luxury came with a few issues. The biggest problem for me, is the large battery that most of these monitors come with. Some of them use the canon LP-E6 battery, which is small but is still too much weight on my camera.
I finally decided to give myself a gift and I did a search on Amazon for “USB powered field Monitors”. I found dozens of LCD screens, but most of them were too large or way too expensive. After scrolling through so many I found this monitor. It fit all off the requirements I desired and I purchased it immediately. I will put the link and specs below for people who are interested.

It all started when Rob Sell, a professional search and rescue tracker who also worked in computer security, became frustrated at how nobody was looking for many of the thousands of missing people. He decided to found Trace Labs, a project which uses crowdsourcing to enlist the efforts of hackers worldwide to find them. They select missing persons cases and then award hackers points for finding information on the missing people, creating a computer forensics competition for a cause. One great opportunity is going to hacking conferences like BSIDES and DEFCON and holding events where hackers there try their hand at finding the whereabouts of missing people. It’s part of a new movement towards OSINT, or Open Source Intelligence. The primary tool is searching online and using the dark web for digital fingerprints – pictures, activity, or other digital fingerprints. When successful, hackers can find information the families and law enforcement have never had before – helping their quest to track down the person, or even finding them directly. 
Over time I started to doubt Christianity, because of the actions of others. I was judging God because of the sins of man. How foolish was I to think like this? I never completely walked away, but I was trying to merge all of my beliefs into one unified religion for myself. I was taking the good of everything and using them to find God…but was I really finding God?

Would you rather be around someone who is open about their racist views, or someone who hides them? We all have prejudices against each other, but it is clearly a bigger issue when it becomes racist. Racism can put road blocks in your path, where simple prejudices can just piss you off….but you can get past it. I’d like to know that someone hates me so I can avoid them, and adjust my surroundings. Racism is such an old issue, i’m so annoyed that it’s taking us this long to realize how silly it is.

I had to grab my handy G7X for this video. I needed something quick and easy to grab for photos on the go. I didn’t have time to carry around a bunch of lenses and for night time photography this camera is easy to put away and it fits in my jean pocket. I’ve had this camera for about 3 months and I think it’s just as good as any DSLR on the market with 24 mega pixels and 1080P video.
